Insurance regulations do not permit smoking inside the house but is permitted on the front porch and back deck. Pets are not permitted as we have two of our own dogs -"Romshe" and "Honnie". Your host is CPR certified in case of medical emergencies. Smoke alarms are located on all four levels of the house and in all guests rooms. There is also an alarm system for your protection.
