This is the fourth painting with my Great Grandmother in it. Here (on the left) she sits with her best friend and neighbor. They are seated on her front stoop on what looks to be a rather chilly, very bright Spring Day. This scene screams of neighborhood ambiance and all the good things that did exist in "the good old days"...had to paint it.
