About Poetry Wales:
Founded in 1965, Poetry Wales is quarterly magazine with an international outlook and an international reputation for fine writing and criticism. Under editor Robert Minhinnick, we have formed links with poetry publications and organisations the world over.
The magazine continues its long-standing reputation for showcasing the best in new poetry from around the world and, of course, from Wales. Recent issues have featured poetry from India, the USA, Argentina, Hungary, the Netherlands, Italy, Wales, Germany, Japan and more, with each issue providing a taste of the diversity of different national literatures to be enjoyed for the first time in translation.
At the same time PW remains committed to bringing you the best Welsh writing in English; from the familiar and established Duncan Bush, Tony Curtis, Gwyneth Lewis, Sheenagh Pugh to rising stars Owen Sheers, Sarah Corbett, Samantha Wynne Rhydderch to the undiscovered stars of the future.
