 Approximately 40 students per week take lessons at the farm, ranging in age from 6 years old to adults, Monday through Saturday. The tremendous growth in student numbers over the past eight years testifies both to the quality of instruction and the appeal of the farm's woods, rivers, and fields. With over 250 acres available for trail riding, conditioning, and cross-country jumping, as well as two outdoor arenas, there is ample opportunity for fun and challenge whether the rider is novice or advanced. A number of Mechum's View students regularly compete in local and regional shows. Group lessons are offered, along with private and semi-private. |
