The City Parks & Recreation Advisory Board's recommendations to City Council regarding a comprehensive leash law and other issues was released to the public on September 10. We have the full text in Word format.

These recommendations were discussed by Charlottesville City Council at its Monday, September 17th meeting. We'll provide more information as it becomes available.
