Jennifer Elvgren is the great granddaughter of Norman Wilson Ingerson and Stella May Murdock. She inherited the Ingerson courtship letters among an archive of family history collected and preserved by her grandmother Marian, Norman and Stellas second child.
A freelance feature writer for newspapers and magazines, Jennifers work has appeared in Victoria, Historic Traveler, Country Living and Southern Living. Her first childrens fiction piece, A Tin Cup Full, will be published this fall by The Education Center in Greensboro, N. C. Currently, Jennifer is writing a middle-grade novel.
When shes not at her computer, Jennifer loves playing with her son William; antiquing and touring historical sights with her husband Erik; horseback riding; and listening to folk, Celtic, and show tunes.
