The Department has thirty active volunteers consisting of EMT personnel Certified, with individuals qualified as cardiac technicians and paramedics. There are five ambulances, one quick response vehicle, and one heavy-duty rescue vehicle to respond to calls. The squad covers Prince Edward County, The Town of Farmville, and southern portions of Cumberland and Buckingham Counties.
