
Do you hear that sound? That weird signal
that sounds sort of like a fish farting, sort of like the
Chevy when it wouldn't start. What the heck is that! They crop up all over the shortwave
spectrum. No sooner do we categorize and name them (not decode them, oh, no, not a
chance) than an entire new bunch rears up.They sometimes seem to outnumber the
recognizable digital signals.

Italian, but the images and data are easily understood by anyone who speaks
