 16295.7khz. I believe this is the signal logged by several monitors on the WUN mail list. It sounds rather like a 500hz shift 50 baud signal except that one of the tones slides up and down in tones, rather like a grey scale fax signal. On this frequency there was also a shortwave broadcast signal detectable when in the AM mode. .
