![]() 15830 khz. One of the 2400 BPS PSK signals which spread over major real estate in the frequency spectrum. It is usually difficult to resolve an image on the Phase Plane display since tuning and signal distortion both work against you. This signal was clean enough to produce the image at right. I can recognize that the vertical area links 180 degree phase locations. It is the other weak traces to the upper right and left which are interesting too. My assumption here is that the signal is binary modulated. The second image shows how the bits per sec. rate shows up as a tone when the radio is set to the AM Mode. I'm very curious as to why this works. |
