10723.9 khz. I first noted some SSB voice comms in an unidentified language. This quickly switched to a data signal, which at first was 3 channels of carriers for about 1 to 2 minutes. Then a 200 baud signal shifted about 100 hz was sent. I chose one channel and captured a bit file of it. Unfortunately, as you can see from the Auto Correlation analysis, the signal has been psuedo-randomly masked.
I've included a bit file of the signal, if anyone wants to take a closer look at it.
  • Here's a 284k file of the signal, in Code30 RTS format.
