The Golf Course is a semi-private, eighteen hole, par 72 championship course
with a fully stocked Pro Shop, Driving Range, Practice Green, and Eagle's
Nest Snack Bar. Computerized handicap services, motorized golf carts. Golf lessons (individual and group), clinics and special events are
offered by the Golf Professional and staff. All members in good standing and their
guests are welcome to play on the Lake Monticello Golf Course upon payment of the
appropriate daily fee or upon purchase of an annual membership. For additional
information, contact the Pro Shop at (434) 589-3075. The Pro Shop is located off of Bunker
Boulevard.
GOLF MEMBERSHIPS:
A. Property Owner
Membership is dependent upon payment of an annual fee as established by the Board of Directors. Property Owners who are not annual members may pay a per round fee to play. This class of membership is restricted to LMOA Property Owners, Marina Point Unit Owners and to their long term Tenants/Lessees who are in residence within the Lake Monticello community. Guests of Property Owners may play the course while paying the appropriate guest green fee.
B. Golf Associate Memberships (See PM Section 20.02)
Definition: A person who is a full-fledged golfing member at Lake Monticello by virtue to having paid a golf associate membership fee and signed a properly executed contract. Such members are not voting members of the LMOA.
Applications for Golf Associate Membership shall be submitted and reviewed annually by the Golf Committee and approved by the General Manager. LMOA Property Owners and Marina Point unit owners do not qualify for Associate Golf memberships.
