These are the mail order warehouses, where you can buy components, software, or pre-made systems. I consult these guys for that new modem or scanner I want. Right now, the mantra is "scanner, scanner, scanner." I want a scanner in the worst way. A color pager scanner with an automatic document feeder and a built-in fax-modem for faxing documents. Saw one for $350 at Sam's, and can't get it out of my head.
Bought my new Cardinal 28.8 fax/modem/voicemail internal modem from these guys and it was a pleasant experience. They ship COD, they have good prices, and they carry a lot.
Went to these guys first because they had the best price, particularly in theyr buyer's club, but they DON'T ship COD. Big selection, though.
Another house I like. I bought a couple things from them, and the service was good. When they sent me the wrong power supply the first time, they made it easy to send back for a replacement. The 386-33 motherboard I bought from them about four years ago is still doing yeoman work at my office.
