General Information

The Albemarle County Service Authority (ACSA) is the public water and sewer service provider for the urban ring around Charlottesville and for the communities of Crozet, Scottsville and Rivanna Village. The ACSA's offices are at 168 Spotnap Road, off South Pantops Drive.

• The ACSA's Board of Directors meets monthly at our offices on the third Thursday at 9:00 a.m.
• For account and billing information, call Customer Service at (804) 977-4511 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m on weekdays.
